Hi guys,
I wrote this to goCoax support as well, but figured someone else in the forums might have seen the same and could offer some insights? I have 4 pcs WF-803M in my house and seeing some issues.
They are all updated to the latest firmware 1.0.12 and factory reset – only the management IP address has been changed so I can access all devices.
Initially they all run fine. I get steady 1Mbps results with iperf3 from all devices. They all respond to ping on the management IP with close to 0% loss. But after some time – maybe a few hours or less one of the devices show “NA” in the MoCA Link Rates page to/from all the other devices and all the other devices also show NA to/from this one “bad” device. It happens to different devices.
At this point it still responds to ping on the management IP and I can manage it via the web page, but all ethernet traffic is gone. When I connect a device to ethernet the link comes up, but no traffic passes through the device until I reboot it.
I have attached 2 pictures showing the NA situation on the bad device and how all the other devices see the same.
Do you have any good ideas?
Kind regards,
Henrik Otterstrøm
Have you any luck getting this resolved?
I face the same problem with 1 (out of 3 units) with fw 1.0.12 and encryption enabled.
