Unmanaged network switch is Linksys SE3008 8-Port that is connected to a Netgear Orbi RBR20 which only has two ports (1 WAN and 1 LAN). The WAN is connected to the modem obviously, but the 1 LAN port is connected to the network switch for additional needed ports.
Everything works great until the switchport that the moca adapter is in keeps dropping to only Fast Ethernet at 100mbps. If I take the ethernet cable out (the one that is connected to the GoCoax) and put it back in, I am getting 936mbps on average from a computer connected to the switch by CAT6 and around 600mbps over WiFi by the Orbi Satellite RBS20. It keeps dropping the speeds and I don't understand why. The only solution I can think of is getting a new router that has more than 2 ports on it so I can bypass the network switch and connect the GoCoax adapter directly to the router. I am also thinking that a managed switch could fix the problem if I command the one specific port to only work at a specific bandwidth.
I have tried switching out coaxial cables and ethernet cables thinking that was my issue, but to no avail. I at first thought that maybe the switchport went bad and tried a different one, but same issue, so then I also tried switching out my network switch (I bought a new one thinking my old one crapped out on me, but still same issue). I would ideally like to fix this without any additional purchases, but if it can't be helped then so be it.

For anyone else who has ethernet speed negotiation issues some routers let you set 1000/ full duplex on their ports manually.
Also make sure you aren't using a cat5 cable, you need at least a cat5e or higher for 1gbit. Many short cables, the kind you might use with a device like this, that you have laying around could be cat5
I will post my solution here to anyone who has come across this issue. I have observed for a couple of days now, and I can confidently say I have figured out what the problem is. The ethernet cables weren't the issue. Every time the router lost power or connectivity for even a second (whether there is a power outage, router is upgrading and needs to reboot, or ISP is having issues), the switch would only allow speeds of 100mbps; it's like the router was the one limiting the speed, not the switch. The fix I found that worked every time is to simply unplug the ethernet cable connecting the router to the switch ON THE ROUTER not the switch. Simply unplug at router, then plug back in and it would correctly auto negotiate to gigabit speed. Hope this helps.

Looks like there are compliance issues between our product and the Linksys switch.
Our product is using the GE PHY from realtek. We did lots of research, could not find the chipset in SE3008.
Normally, realtek PHY is very good for compatibility,but maybe there are still some issues. You know, so many companies are building GE port products.
If you want, you can try TP-Link TL-SG108, it is cheaper an workable with our product.
