Random Packet Loss with change of LOF

Seems the forum is abandoned and full of spam, what a pity.

I guess we can't hope to get any kind of support here anymore.

Anyway, I found out that I was having random packet loss (about 1/3000 icmp) because I changed the LOF from 1150 to 1400.

Running latest 2.0.14 FW.

Was part of a configuration to avoid interference with Cable TV, disabling also D-Low.

But then I got the right splitter and re-enabled D-Low but I kept the LOF at 1400.

Anyone else notice a big drop in performance enabling encryption? I was getting around 900 Mbps and enabled encryption and it dropped to about 530 Mbps. I did notice that I don't seem to be getting the random disconnects anymore after going back to 1150 LOF.

Yes, it doesn't really matter for the speed the LOF.

I had it at 1400 and disabled D-Low (that is reducing the speed a bit, don't remember how much now) to avoid interfering with the DVB-C Broadcast signal.

The splitter at the flat ingress is from the ISP.

Only 900 Mbps, in my opinion, can only be either:

bad quality or defective splitter
wrong setup of the splitter
severely damaged coaxial cable or plug
very very long coaxial cable
not sure about this but also multiple adapters, I only have 2 to achieve max speed don't need more (but I think even with more than 2 the phy rate should be still around 3000 or more, only the achievable speed should get lower)
