Has anyone had any contact from GoCoax this year? Can I get some support with my order here?
I placed an order on the 7th of January and immediately received an invoice and was charged the same day. Since then, I have had no contact, despite reaching out to both the support email address as well as via Facebook - no response to either. I couldn't even log into an account on this website until today as I wasn't receiving the verification emails, until today. Having logged in today, I can't see my order within my account, so can't check the status there.
Can anyone from GoCoax advise please? Or can anyone else advise if they have had any contact / received their orders? At the moment, I'm starting to lose trust that this was a legitimate purchase given that payment was taken straight away and there's been no contact since.

Once an order ships, the tracking information may not be available until later in the evening free games.

I just received a follow up invoice from FedEx for £44 of customs charges so factor that into your budgeting.

3x MA2500D arrived yesterday, with UK plugs as requested - they were well tracked by FedEx throughout their journey. I setup a pair this morning and they are absolutely perfect, simple to set up and working better than expected. I was really sceptical that MoCa could work as well as CAT, so I’m incredibly relieved. I’m seeing full speed from my broadband (averaging 850Mb down / 920Mb up) with all my office equipment running through an 8 port switch. With the switch previously being connected to the router wirelessly and now connected via MOCA, I won’t have to rip my walls / roof apart to wire anything.
I’ll fit the the 3rd device later today, and now have plans to buy another 2 as wireless backhaul.

I've sent an email from an iCloud mailbox just now with the following content. It appears that WF-803M may now only be sold in US and Canada? Is this also applicable to the MA2500D? If this is the case, it would have been very easy for it to have been confirmed here on the forum?

I recently tried to place an order (redacted) but it was cancelled. It was claimed on the GoCoax forum that emails were being sent to me about the order but I was not receiving them (despite me also having emailed this address from my main account).
So I am attempting to contact you now from an alternative email address. Please can you advise if you receive this email and what the issue is with me ordering to the UK please?
I see that text has been added above the image of the WF-803M in the GoCoax store that states “Only sold in USA and Canada” - does that only apply to the WF-803M, i.e. is it an option for me to purchase the MA2500D?

Received an email this morning (similar format to the invoice email I initially received), simply stating that "Your order has been canceled"
I don't know the reason why or if I should be placing another order. I don't have many other options for UK suppliers unfortunately 😥
