Firmware upgrades always come with surprises, especially when there’s an ISP or mobile connection in the mix. During a MoCA setup at my place, I was using a backup hotspot from metro by tmobile just to monitor things in case the main line dropped. It held up fine for the most part, but I remember reading through a bunch of user feedback when deciding between providers. It’s interesting how performance can vary so much depending on your area and even time of day.
I had this happen today with one of my M2500C adapters (2 others had upgraded just fine).
I gave it a few minutes and nothing changed (also tried incognito window, same issue) and finally power cycled the unit and things appeared to be fine after that.

Looks like the broswer has some caches. Could you try another broswer and check the management web?
