Guys, hello everyone. Tell me, has anyone actually used the services of United Van Lines? I'm going to move with my family, there are a lot of things, and I want to find a company that I can trust with everything from A to Z, without worrying about how and in what condition it will all arrive. Of course, there is a lot of information on the Internet, but "united van lines reviews" are so diverse - from "the best of the best" to "never again". So I'm wondering: either I'll just be lucky, or the opposite. Maybe someone had personal experience - share how it went? I'm not interested in advertising, but in an honest review.

It was interesting to read, thanks to everyone! I myself am still choosing a carrier, and I was trying to understand the reviews about United Van Lines - they write so many different things. Now at least there is a slightly more realistic picture. I think it is worth adding them to the list of potential options and asking them a couple of clarifying questions. Especially about container shipping - it sounds reasonable and economical.
Yes, we used United Van Lines last summer — we moved with two kids, a cat, and a mountain of boxes. So there is something to share, and this will not be advertising, but real experience. I will say right away: we had a lot of doubts, because, as you write, united van lines review on the Internet are contradictory. I honestly sat in the evenings, read forums and tried to find not just "5 stars", but something that described the process from start to finish. In the end, I decided on them only because we had a fairly tight deadline and needed a company with already established processes and a team, and not those who would learn from my move. We started with a consultation — a call, questions, an assessment of the volume. I was pleasantly surprised that the manager did not try to foist off the "maximum package", but actually clarified what was important to us and what we could do ourselves (for example, we did some of the packaging — this reduced the cost). We received a clear estimate, and in the end it hardly changed (which is a rarity for such services!).
